Wrenna Keller

GUIDE

Wrenna
Wrenna's connection to nature has always been a driving force in her life. As a teenager, she could be found wandering in the mountains and forests around Ashland, Oregon and talking to birds. Her outdoor career started in Portland, Oregon working primarily as a kayak instructor, but also leading snowshoeing and hiking trips in the Mount Hood National Forest. Over the last 8 years she has spent time in South and Central America, Asia, Europe and even traveled North to spend a summer guiding sea kayaking expeditions and glacier hikes in Alaska.

Over the years of outdoor pursuits, pushing through trying circumstances and persevering in the face of physical and internal obstacles, Wren has developed a well-rounded sense of understanding and optimism. Her varied life experiences have nurtured her awareness, presence and empathy and fostered her ability to help others turn seemingly unfavorable situations into opportunities for deep personal growth.

Her interests (aside from outdoor pursuits) include road trips, playing with animals, spatial design, finding new kinds of music, writing, making to-do lists, researching natural medicine practices, cooking and working on puzzles with her family.
